WEB ADVENTURE ARTIST STATEMENT

My web adventure follows the themes of contemporary art, fashion, music, and ancient roman statues. I thought the contrast between old art and new art would add some great polarization to the adventure. IT starts off with statues that I say metaphorically represent myself, and needing a password to enter the staircase into my mind represents the user entering my thoughts as to what I enjoy when it comes to fashion and art. I was very inspired by designers RAF SIMMONS and MATTHEW WILLIAMS with 1017 ALYX 9SM while making this, and they are my two favorite artists at the moment. I also included a mix of a pulp fiction character with a statue with my favorite quote of my favorite movie. Although the adventure seems pretty straightforward, I added some parts which would trick users into going in a circle. It is only after they choose the correct path will they make it to the end of what I call my mental simulation.
